The closure has been in operation for over 15 years now and although a number of changes on funding front as well as with some of the partners that we use – Once thing has not changed in that we continue to strive for safety and security of all residents as a priority! Dowerglen Ext 5 is and continues to grow into a much sought after area and all very much linked to overall offering that was started all those years ago and developed into what it is today!
The Residents Association is made up of 5 Committee Members who on behalf of the residents manage amongst other detail, Security, Lighting, The Park and the Gardens. The Residents Association take care of most day-day issues linked to above from Guarding to the Gardens.
We look to strive towards continually being able to develop and grow the offering on all fronts and in this way ensuring that we create an environment where safety and residents security is paramount but at same time a community is developed where we all can call home.
